TCAdmin Connection.

Hi All,

Just curious,i cannot not get access to my TCAdmin cPanel to work on my servers etc,also i cannot get connected to my RDP also,since i cannot get connected to my RDP would this have a direct effect with me no longer getting cPanel connection.

Please clarify, which operating system are you running?

 

You mention cPanel, I take it you're referring to the TCAdmin interface? Not TCAdmin and cPanel.

 

When you say you cannot connect to your RDP, that makes me think you're running Windows of some sort.. You should speak with your host if you're having issues connecting to your machine.

 

If you can provide more information for us to look at we all can provide more advice to help solve your issue.
