alxtech
I just did a fresh remote install on Ubuntu 13.04, and I'm trying to set up a TF2 server for testing purposes. When I try to change the command line start up map, the drop down menu is blank. Here is what the variable filter setting is set at: tf/maps/*.bsp I looked through the forums and wiki, nothing has helped. Do you have any suggestions? edit: this issue happens with CSS as well. I'm assuming all other source mods. Maps/cfgs aren't shown in the tcadmin browser file manager, but through SSH I can see them. Dennis
Are the files in those folders marked as executables?
alxtech
Yes, according to "find . -executable" here is part of the result of "ls -l" -rwxr--r-- 1 tcagame tcagame 89375852 Aug 21 21:09 tc_hydro.bsp -rwxr--r-- 1 tcagame tcagame 59243904 Aug 21 21:09 tr_dustbowl.bsp -rwxr--r-- 1 tcagame tcagame 18592124 Aug 21 21:09 tr_target.bsp I noticed server.cfg isn't executable, and shows up in file manager. I'm assuming chmod 644 will fix these folders. I ran the Repair Permissions feature, it fixed the problem. Whoops.
