Running rFactor Dedicated from TC Admin

Im totally lost as to how do you run rfactor through TC Admin.

 

I can create a server but can only get one mod and track to work.

 

I can run the dedicated exe from the server desktop and it appears in the rfactor server list.

 

1. How do you load more tracks and mods vi TC admin

2. How does a customer run the dedicated exe to select server settings.
