Arma 3 Cmd Line/mods question

I have tcadmin and server running and nearly 100% configured, however the 2.0 interface for adding cmd line options is a bit different than the 1.0 I am familiar with. So, for the time being I'm sort of trapped in vanilla mode. However almost every mission file we use has a long list of dependencies.

Which line in this form would my mod line go and what is the proper syntax for this new method?

I think I've just been staring at it all for to long.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
