Minecraft Memory

Hello guys!

 

So I am playing around with minecraft currently. Server starts fine. Issue being the ram in not being set so it defaults to 300mb. Commandlines i have tried are below.

 

-Xmx2g -Xms2g -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui

-Xmx![Xmx]g -Xms![Xms]g -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui

-Xmx2048m -Xms2048m -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui

-Xmx![Xmx]m -Xms![Xms]m -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui

 

Now when i run the server via CLI i get no errors. All runs fine but still using 300mb ram. I have Java 64bit and a fresh install of it on update 60. Also have 28GB ram not being used.

 

Anything wrong with those commandlines? I know I am missing somthing simple, just can't figure it out.
