Currently we can send a mass email and select a force read etc., What about allowing us to send a message to a specific user that forces them to read, a lot of times a user will not log into the client area of the billing system or will miss an email that is specific to their billing etc. The ability to send a message directly to them ie, overdue account or pending service interruption where it can force them to see the notice with the popup screen would be good. Whether they were not aware of an outstanding, or they may be avoiding the situation this would remove doubt that they have not seen the notice. If it could be part of the Tcadmin Module for Whmcs as an option to push an overdue notice directly to Tcadmin as an email to the user it would be stellar.
