You need to agree to the EULA in order to run the server. Go to eula.txt for more info.

 

This is the error I keep getting but I have set it true and it was to true by default does anyone know how to fix this?

There's only one reason why the server is saying you need to agree with the EULA - because you haven't done yet.

Paste the content of eula.txt here.

Mine is giving error in EULA, says you need to agree, I already left true but nothing has changed

Make sure that you haven't added a new line or space before/after the line.
