Server password not being sent to tcadmin

Edit: I fixed this.

I had a problem with my mumble.ini in tcadmin not accepting the server password. Turns out I had to enable the "Private server" with a 1 or a 0 in addition to giving it a password.

Even though the tcadmin API was receiving the password, verified via the "BillingApi.LastCommand". It would not send it to the mumble.ini configuration for a user without giving it the voice_private parameter as well.

So to make a mumble server private, you need both parameters.

voice_private=1
voice_private_password=test
