Services not starting

I just ran into a problem with the panel... I try and start services and it just in a loading loop and never starts. I've tried restarting the Monitor but that doesn't help.

 

Any ideas?

 

Has anyone else ran into this problem?

 

Update:

Fixed the issue just restarted the Service Manager within the server box.
