I too was having an issue getting the game to show in the browser or HLSW. After looking into this more I found by adding this to my server.cfg it starts right up and can be seen and joined: si_maxPlayersHuman 16 Was set to: si_maxPlayersHuman -1 Not to be confused with si_maxPlayers as that is different.
