  1. This mean TCadmin is adding BRINK to the compatibility list or will it remain HL2 or something else for the Supported Games config? I probably confused, but I'm interpreting that you are talking about TCadmin side or are you talking about the BRINK update mentioned in previous post.
  2. Version 3? I've ran update 2x, separate occasions and still Version 2. I still get server crash. This improve for anyone else?
  3. I can confirm the crashing as well. Quite frustrating. I experienced crashes using: 1. own bat file to start a single server (which was fine the first night) as described by EvilLinux, and 2. Using the setup via TCadmin as contributed by gemcneil and Goran. I can get HLSW information just fine from both of the above launch methods. Player names, map, ping, score, gamemode, etc. Using default ports it would be: primary_IP:27016 This game better get a quick update, even the server browser has latency issues, or at least was for me.
  4. Goran and gemcneill -- Thanks alot for your efforts. Will give the above a run coupled with your contribution here. Question: Anyone believe there will be an update that will actually respect IP binding?
  5. I used your initial setup that made 7130 the query port and have not had any issues. I do believe in checking that log files that players were connecting on 27017. I have a TF2 server on 27015. In any case, you are setting your query port to 27050 and up. So for the first server, the players connect on 27050? I only care about running 1 MNC server and so far I think I've been ok with: port 7777 query/rcon port 7130, which I think you are saying is ignored Really do appreciate the contribution!!
  6. What query port is default if one is not explicitly set?
  7. Thanks for the assistance. I commented on searching and arrived already to what Axis Posted prior to reviving this thread. I didn't come across what Mother found. Much appreciated and I'll check it out as well as report if its usable. Edit, its for SWBF2. bummer
  8. Not sure what you mean by support the engine/game. It does run in Tcadmin. Start/Stop, player list, map info etc. However, the game was not developed to actually use rcon or something similar. I've researched around since my post and seems like an old site something ... ops.org might have had a admin server tool. I was just curious if someone really smart around here, devised a tool, has it maybe, that was integrated w/ Tcadmin or something else. Otherwise, for admin purposes running it via Tcadmin is worthless. You have to fire up the GUI, and then you have access to kick/ban. Thanks and I hope some older memories are jogged, cobwebs shaken loose.
  9. Arise from the dead... I have this successfully working. Is kicking/banning of players not possible when run via TCadmin? I can get a player list, but I'm not seeing options/actions to perform on them. Thanks for any input.
  10. Hey Johnny5_Hull, Thanks for the reply. Correct, that version I linked was borked. I got everything to work flawlessly a day after my last post.
  11. After some research on learning about this game, b/c I'm only familiar with Steam OB games, I came across the following: http://www.gamershell.com/download_15791.shtml It's a full v1.4 dedicated server zip. It also has the 2 files in the BIN32 folder like you mention. I installed this game (C:\Gameinstalls\FARCRY) and used your config to create the game server. Minor adjustment in the system settings after config import. Only thing I do not understand is how this game launches (ie., command line via profiles?). The profile file calls the game type, number of players, server name, etc. as well as the mapcycle.txt file. Yet, there is no Command line Icon. Could some one please share some insight on this aspect as I believe that is my only hangup. Much appreciated.
  12. I know this is a few months old, lol, but looks like you are the knowledgable one about this game. I'd like to host this for our clan, but seems you had a buggy issue w/ Standard WS2K3x64. Is that still the case or did you find a workaround? Thanks for any input you may have or anyone else.
