This update broke TCAdmin now no services will start/restart or stop

Our clients on our new slave machine cannot stop or reboot their server, the server just doesn't receive the command from TCAdmin. At first the console shows Unknown command "reboot" then it just doesn't show anything. Anyone got any ideas?
