    The game update tool is broken, pressing the button will post. ServiceId 607 - Stopping *IP*... ServiceId 607 - *IP* has been stopped. Initializing Steam... ServiceId 607 - Starting *IP*... ServiceId 607 - *IP* has been started. The process has completed. Nothing is actually updated. I have tried rebooting monitor and service manager, and resetting the SteamCMd installation.

    Its easy to create one and make it work, its finding the right query protocol thats the problem.
