Yes, but on my server, when I try to edit .ini files, it doesn't show ANSI at all, only shows UTF-8, UTF-7, UTF (Little Endian), UTF-32, Unicode, and Western European.

Where can I edit so that the config files are always created with ANSI Encoding?
