  1. I have a router with a strong firewall, but the issue was that i was trying to bind it to the public ip, after binding it to the internal ip I was able to start the server and it is reachable inside and outside the network. I didn't tried this at first because the other times hosting a server I was binding only without ip and it worked and never stop, and I've thought that binding it to the internal ip will only make it available on Lan connection but it wasn't the case. Thanks for the help!
