File manager does not work

File manager does not work for the user to upload or download, how to solve?

Every browser or just one?

Does it give an error?

Did you disable download and upload on the server?

Make sure they are not copying and pasting the user and password that your mail system sent to the client.

 

I have more people over the years that have had the same issue as your client does.

 

have them to Key in the user/password..when the login box opens.

 

This may not be your issue..but is worth a shot..
