WHMCS Issue

I get an error after having started WHMCS module.

 

What causes the problem?

Check the logs on Master server.

Program Files\TCadmin 2\Logs\BillingAPI

 

I think that's where they are.

Searching for user with billing id 6

User was not found. A new user will be created.

New user name is asdasd with billing id 6 and owner id 2

Set role id to 4

Created task with id 161.

returncode=0 returntext=asdasd errorcode=0

 

It's not update. I can't see problem in log files.

So the task is created;

Which means you'll need to take a look in Scheduled Tasks.

You'll find it in Settings.

When you locate the task, you can view a debug output of it.

Might give you more info as to why it didn't work.

This happen to me on whmcs V.6.

I tried with whmcs 5 and working fine.

On WHMCS 6 Works Perfect.. :-)
