TeamSpeak v3 Voice server doesn't work right

when i have a test client buy a teamspeak server it forgets to input username for some reason and it can't create the server any help?

Do you mean to say that there is a username form on the WHMCS page and TCAdmin doesn't take it along?

You can check the billing api log to be sure of this.

If TCAdmin isn't getting the username. It is most likely a wrong setup on WHMCS side.

nope the automated username it usually fills in for tcadmin always does for games

Custom Field sections also will need Username and Password.

it doesn't have a field in the product??? so why does it need one?

none my game servers have one???

You have literally nothing that seems to pass on the username or password.

Where does your product have the username for control panel set? In gameservers I mean.

i have no clue it usually makes one based on First name last innitial like MatthewB then random password.

it does the password for voice server.

see this is why i can't figure out why it doesn't work works fine on all games but not teamspeak

I can't help you here either. I have a different setup. No one has replied so I assume they don't have same setup either. You could try WHMCS support itself.

ill make a support ticket in tcadmin maybe they know because there module has the options for voice services but aint working
