FTP Down

I have submitted a support ticket but need to try and get this resolved ASAP as I have many clients on this one server who are unhappy due to the FTP down.

 

 

 

I have recently installed Plesk which uses another FTP on a different port.

 

 

 

I am now trying to get TCA to work on this server on a different FTP Port, but what ever I set does not get the FTP server working.

 

 

 

I have tried several then I restart the monitor and nothing.

 

 

 

Anyone have experience in this?

What does the monitor.txt say in the log dir on that server?

 

 

 

If it doesn't say anything about it, also check the monitor.error.txt

Because its not saying that.

 

 

 

I do not want to remove the Plesk FTP that Im running.
