SRV Record not working

I have set up a SRV record in our external DNS system but I cannot get TCADMIN to respond over the default 8880 port. Get a blank screen. I have been able to replicate this using another DNS provider as well. :~

 

The A and SRV records are correct and do resolve as expected when using NSLOOKUP.

 

TS3, also using a SRV record and running on the same physical hardware, works perfectly.

 

Thanks in advance for any useful ideas/feedback.
