Remote Server Connection issue

Linux - Ubuntu 16.04

 

 

 

I've recently installed a TCadmin remote server on my Linux server and I keep getting this error: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

 

at first I thought it was mono because when I tested a master install I get this error : (-500) Client error (Error writing request: The authentication or decryption has failed.)

I've done what the wiki has told me to do but still no fix.

 

Error writing request: The authentication or decryption has failed.
Fix this error by executing these commands. Replace 2.11.4 with the mono version that you are currently running.

/opt/mono-2.11.4/bin/mozroots --import --sync --quiet
/home/tcadmin/Monitor/monitor-service restart

Using another version of Mono is not recommended. Not every version of Mono will work, and unless you need to use a specific feature for TCAdmin that's included in newer versions of Mono, I don't see the reason to use it.
