ftp server

Hello, I'm running tcadmin2 on Linux.

 

seems be that if one of my users re-install the server after they are unable to access to the ftp directory.

 

the error is 500 Access Denied.

 

 

I have to create a new one manually from the user details ftp settings option for let them enter.
