Start monitor & service manager on service reboot.

I've done a bit of research and from what I can see is that the monitor and service manager should automatically start when the server is rebooted. But this isn't happening for my install and I have to start the services manually using:

[root@server ~]# /home/tcadmin/Monitor/monitor-service start

[root@server ~]# /home/tcadmin/Monitor/serviceman-service start

I've tried the following with the results shown:

[root@server ~]# cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor

[root@server Monitor]# ./monitor-service install

The TCAdmin Monitor service is already installed

[root@server Monitor]# ./serviceman-service install

The TCAdmin Service Manager service is already installed

OS etc... Is Centos 7 with cPanel.

If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
