Ftp problem on tcadmin ubuntu 16.10

Hello, i try to use filezilla to connect to my ftp and upload files.

My users gets this errors though:

Is that the latest version of filezilla?

There was a while where you needed to be sure that it wouldn't use TLS via Site Manager

Yep, I fixed The problem by using another program.
