Custom Command Lines and Variables

I'm fairly new to TCAdmin on the administration side, and I am currently making a template for a Rust Server. I am having problems understanding on how to get the client user side to change the server name, RCON password etc. I'm trying to figure out how to set up these variables and custom command lines, where they can use a check box to change it. I was wondering on how to do this? I've been looking at the Wiki and in here, but there really isn't a tutorial guide on how to do this, unless I'm missing something. If anyone can help route me to this information, you are a life saver!
