billing api to enable/suspend virtual server

im looking for a api command to enable and disable a server or virtual server

 

 

like SuspendGameAndVoiceByBillingID or UnSuspendGameAndVoiceByBillingID

 

 

but for virtual servers and i canot find any infomation if this is avalible or not

give it a billing ID in tcadmin then just use the normal API's to disable a billing ID?

i did manualy give it a billing id since it canot create it and it gives the error

but its using the action

ok got it worked it seems the account that was setup for the reseller cannot turn on and off virtual servers because it cannot see them but if i create a subadmin account that is able to turn on and off virtual servers
