Windows Update causing TLS issues

I updated two of my Windows 2012 R2 servers today and since then I am getting the following error message in the System Event Log:

"A fatal alert was generated and sent to the remote endpoint. This may result in termination of the connection. The TLS protocol defined fatal error code is 40. The Windows SChannel error state is 252."

This is causing the TCAdminMonitor program to bounce every few minutes.

I saw another thread about TLS issues and windows updates which mentioned deleting the certs on the servers and restarting the Monitor process. Tried this but the TCAdminMonitor continues to bounce.

Anyone else run into this or have any suggestions on how to fix it?
