Problem with FiveM

I have a problem, I am a customer support rep for a hosting company and they use tcadmin, I am also trying to fix an issue that we're having with it, we have all the game servers that will be hosting uploaded and fivem is one of them but when we go to make a game service it does not show up in the list of possible servers that can be made. And everything is correctly setup. Is anyone able to help me with this issue?
