ECF
With the impending arrival of 10,000 servers powered by TCAdmin, I think it is fitting that we should have some sort of contest where our clients can guess the date and time that the counter will flip to 10,000. I want to ask you for ideas on what sort of prize the winner should get. My first thought is free service for x amount (yade yada). But I would like to be more creative, since that really doesn't take much thought. Any ideas on what you folks would like to see as a prize? Chew
How about buying a new server for that 10,000'th client, or paying their dedicated server bill for x amount of months?

pl4tinum
Out of curiosity, how do you know how many servers you are powering? Is there some kind of link back to TCAdmin from your software?
ECF
Yes, we count the nuber of services that are currently running when the software reports back to check the license. It is completely anonymous. In other words, I couldn't tell you who runs how many servers.
ECF
After a nameless person brought up a flaw in our contest, I have to cancel it. Reason being is some people may not be honest and will create numerous servers to boost the count so they can make 10000 happen on the date time they want. So back to the drawing board on this....
