GoDaddy and Curl Error

I am having this error currently, same as the guy a few threads down.

 

Order Accept Encountered Problems

Curl error: Failed to connect to 74.91.27.162 port 8880: Connection refused Url: http://74.91.27.162:8880/billingapi.aspx

 

 

Didn't want to hijack his post since my thread might take a different direction here. My site is hosted at GoDaddy with WHMCS installed there. TCADMIN2 is on my dedicated server. GoDaddy refuses to open the outbound 8880 for me after getting bounced around to several people.

 

Short of learning how to host a website on my server and set everything up there myself is there an easy fix to this? Different port that i can access TCADMIN2 on? Anything that not going to require me redoing everything I've already done?

Make it so TCAdmin runs on port 80/443 instead?
