installing game files from steam

for the life of me, I can't get this to install the game files from steam here is my log any help on what I'm not doing right or setting that is not right would be great thanks

this is a win10 64bit machine running VM

Configuring the game service

The file C:\TCAFiles\Users\pog\1\RustDedicated.exe does not exist

You will need to make sure that the server files exists on the server in C:\TCAFiles\Games\rust first.

Go to Settings > Game Tools > Steam Game Download and download the server files for Rust.

well the program does not create user folders this is why it can't find the .exe file

You'll still need to have the game server files before you start setting up the game server. There's no files to copy right now.

The first time you create the game server it should download the files automatically. Make sure your default steam account is set to anonymous with a blank password.

 

 

You can also download the dedicated files manually by running download_(game).bat in C:\TCAFiles\Games

I have tried everything to get games from steam to download but noting works.

I will create the steamapps folder but that's it.

Any ideas
