Hi!

How can I configure the "ProcessCrahed" event, the game server crashes constantly, can I limit it

There is no process crashed event but you can configure the service manager to limit the number of restarts. For example this limits the game server to 3 restarts in 300 seconds in case of process crash.

tell me what the value of "TCAdmin.StartOnCPU0Wait" means

In game settings > general settings there is an option "Always start on CPU 0". TCAdmin.StartOnCPU0Wait is the number of seconds to keep the game server on CPU0.
