DaCrazyKiwi
Hey, so I know that Tc Admin won't give support on this but is there anyone out there who can give us a little hand? We are trying to set up the automation for TCAdmin on WHMCS we have TCADMIN Advanced on WHMCS but WHMCS says the Server is Offline but we have configured the Product and server Please let us know and we can give more information about this problem we are having
Dennis
That could sound like a firewall issue. Are you sure that your webhost allows traffic through the Monitor port?
LFA
If you get an error when accepting the order in WHMCS it should show the url that was used. Copy it and paste it in your browser. If it loads correctly the server where WHMCS is installed has connections to port 8880/8881 blocked.
DaCrazyKiwi
Hey when we accept orders it accept fine and says it active but it just dose not create and game server or account and the web host says that the all ports are allready allowed for out going but not incoming so I am guessing that the tcadmin ports are outgoing I have noticed that when we go to the control panel url what is hosted thru tcadmin the non https version is just a windows iss page and whmcs is not letting us have it run with https Cheers Matt
LFA
See the instructions under Scheduled Task to see why it's not creating the game server: https://help.tcadmin.com/Troubleshooting The latest version of the tcadmin2_advanced module should let you override the default ports in the tcadmin2_advanced server settings. Jimmy-CS
You can also use a port checker to verify the ports are not being blocked: https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
DaCrazyKiwi
Hey I am pretty sure now that it is the ports because every time we try to open the control panel thru the link what would be ourname.tcadmin.net:8881 or 8880 it does not load any page and we tried to use a port checker on our domain name and it says these ports are closed
LFA
The port can be configured in the tcadmin2_advanced server settings. default is 8880/8881 for secure. Change it to 80 or 443.
