Hving to restart monitor everyday

Hi Guys,

 

Not sure if anyone has come across this problem, but on at least one of my servers I'm having a problem where the TCAdmin created FTP accounts aren't working. Its causing other problems aswell, such as interfering with hlstatsx retrieving server info.

 

It seems that simply restarting the monitor on the server resolves the problem, but obviously this is not ideal.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

I would say put in a ticket and have someone take a look at it.

k, probably do it tomorrow as I'm knackered. Its only bloody midnight!

Also, try to put in the ticket when the problem occurs. That way when someone looks at it they may be able to find the problem easier.
