No. Both separate. However I had added customport for the query so maybe my working is not similar to OP's

Also I had added this line to engine.ini

[OnlineSubsystemSteam]
GameServerQueryPort=$[Service.QueryPort]

 

Previous configs did not have it or had QueryPort=
