Port 8880 Not working

So i installed TCAdmin on my CentOS 7 i added port 8880 to list and still doesnt work. i also talked to my server host and they are clueless. Any idea what it could be? im on a trial and i barely got to even use it.

Following your screenshot, i assume the mono isn't installed, make sure you have installed all requeriments.
