ArmA3 Automatic Download?

I seem to be having a problem whereby the Panel will not auto-install an ArmA3 server. I have configured a separate Steam account (and steam guard is not enabled for this account). When I trigger an install of ArmA3, it pops up the box for downloading the files, which supposedly completes within a few seconds, followed by it spitting out error messages that the files are missing.

Have you ram the bat file in tca games to download the initial files if bat not there create one like the others. And run it and it will then clone the folder. Make sure update after install is selected in steam options.  So it will always update to latest version.
