Not adding FTP ad to Users e-mail and control panel

I know this is a simple fix...

 

When TCAdmin makes a gaming account, It does not add the ftp ad to the control panel or show it in the user e-mail...It has been enabled in the creation stage for that server...

 

any ideas..

You can add the FTP info to the email in System Settings>Plugin manager>Game Server Automation. Add any inof you would like to the New Game Server Email Template.

 

To activate the FTP link go to System Settings Template Config and click "edit settings" next to the template you are using. At the bottom of the page check the box marked "Show FTP Link in Game Server Page"

You need to add the FTP variables to the template. There is a pull down list which includes them all. Should be FTP IP and FTP Port from the list.
