Help with dayz command line

Hi

not sure if I can ask for help like this here but here goes. I am struggling to start up all the mods with the command line. it starts 45 of the mods.

the previous place i rented from made me a -par=mods.txt in the command line. I tried making one on tcadmin but obviously i dont know how to get it to work.

can any one help me or at least point me in the right direction. I really want to learn more about this.
