eghservers Posted November 16, 2006 Share Posted November 16, 2006 I have the monitoring plugin turned on, but I dont seem to be able to get any graphs or reports. Login to your master server using remote desktop or any other remote control software 2. Click on Start > Run > Type "control" and press enter 3. Double click on scheduled tasks, then double click on Add Scheduled Task 4. The Scheduled Task Wizard will open. Click on Next 5. Click on Browse and select the file "C:\Program Files\TCAdmin Control Panel\ScheduledTasks\RunScheduledTasks.bat" 6. Under "Perform this Task" select "Daily" and click on Next 7. Set start time to 12:00AM and click on Next 8. Type in the account and password that will be used to execute the task. Usually Administrator. Click on Next 9. Mark the checkbox that says "Open advanced properties for this task when I click Finish". Click on Finish 10. The advanced properties dialog will open. Select the "Schedule" tab 11. Click on Advanced and mark the checkbox that says "Repeat task". Set the task to repeat every 30 minutes and run for 24 hours. Then click on OK 12. ECF Posted November 16, 2006 Share Posted November 16, 2006 1. Make sure that the task is actually running. You can test the task manually by logging into your master server and running the runscheduledtasks.bat file located in C:\Program Files TCAdmin\Scheduled Tasks folder. 2. It does take some time to run and collect stats. If you have just enabled this it may take 12 hours or so before stats start displaying. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
