Unable to install workshop content for Arma 3 - Ubuntu 18.04

Hi,
I've been trying to get my Arma 3 dedi up and running for the last 2 weeks and had 0 joy, not had much luck from support either.
I keep getting this error when I try to download mods for the dedi, would anyone happen to know why I'm getting this error?

Dedi is on Ubuntu 18.04 and I'm accessing it via Putty.
