CSGO Startup Fix

On the 23rd of June 2022 Valve released a broken update which caused Sourcemod and metamod to break aswell as startup on windows servers. We are still yet to receive an official patch from Valve.

I have been using this fix for the past 24 hours and it is working fine.

This inputsystem.dll fix was suggested on the AlliedModders Discord server. install this file in the scrds\bin (root\bin) directory.
