Timeout installing Steam mods for Ark

Hi folks,

We've just switched to a new Win2019 dedicated server. Our hosting provider has installed TCAdmin 2.0.180.0 for us. We have two physical disks. TCAdmin is installed on the C drive and TCAfiles\users is on the data drive.  I've created an instance of Ark Survival and I'm trying to install mods via the Steam Workshop browser in TCAdmin. What I'm finding is that we need to delete the steamapps folder after each mod is installed, otherwise it will timeout. I did NOT run into this problem when installing mods for Conan Exiles.

Our provider tech says they've encountered this before but it's not something they've been able to fix. We didn't have the problem on the box we've been using for the last 12+ months so surely it must be a config or permissions issue. Any suggestions on how we might troubleshoot this?

You can update to  2.0.182.0 or use this script

I think steam already fix it, we dont using this anymore and all fine with version 181
