User permissions

If it is a regular user and not a subuser, there are no permissions. The client has full access to all functions if the server is assigned to them. The user can then create subuser for people such as clan members, and assign them reduced permissions etc...

Steam icon is allowed in the Game Configuration files for the game (STEAM Games only)

System Settings>Supported Games, click on a STEAM based game and look for the HLDSUpdate section.

Support System can be turned on in System Settings>Plugin Manager > Support System

Well I dont know if this makes a difference but I didnt receive a welcome email I came into this with Rich Scott From Defcon servers with his offer of this Master panel. But when I follow the manual and click on those icons No box appears to add commands or mods or anything which is the problem I dont mean to be a pain but im doing it right though :)

I will have to assume you are running the new Datacenter version. Sorry for the confusion.

You will need to get with Rich and ask him to unlock that feature on his side so you can access them. Or he can also add the mod to his side as well. The configurations on the version you have are locked by default so users do not have access to change those settings.

Ask Rich to contact Kevin if he has any questions.
