Installing Dayz On dedicated server

Ok so i rented a dedicated server with windows server 2016. I got TCADMIN up and running and the steam keys and all that I needed. I used the TCADMIN to install a Stand alone dayz server. Now it never let me chose a map and when I click start I get an Error "The service could not be started" Now i'm just not sure where to look to get this fixed.

Make sure all redist is installed e.g. .net 4.8, 2015-2025 redist etc
