As per a request in the community I tossed together this template.

You will need to get the server files and place them in the "bzflag" directory.  [BZFlag Download]

 

Installation

1. Download the config
2. Go to TCAdmin > System > Settings > Game & Voice Hosting > Game & Other Voice Servers > Import
3. Save the config as a new config or chose "Overwrite existing config" if you which to overwrite your current config.
4. Download the BZFlag files for your Windows, install it, then move all the files into the bzflag folder. Delete "bzflag.exe" and "Uninstall.exe"
5. If it doesn't show in the game selection menu, restart your TCMonitor.
