UT Server wont connect

Hey

 

Just testing all my servers out, and i got he UT files, configured them, now TCADmin creates the server, it says its running but when i got to check the status, there isnt one, so the server isnt actually running within UT.

 

Any ideas why?

It only seems to work when i use RunServer.bat, not UCC.exe like the others, so i changed that in the control panel, remade it and still does the same thing. I ran RunServer.bat and this comes up:
