sfcmert
I submitted a trouble ticket for TCAdmin support and is was rceived by Kevin Odonnel. Whenever I try to log in to reply with the URL, user and PW...it says that login is incorrect. I just went and requested new PW, changed it to mine and tried to login and it still says wrong login information?
ECF
Once you submit a support ticket you will receieve an automated email which provides a link to click on to activate the accoutn, you need to click that link to actiavte the account. Or you can also access the billing system located at http://www.tcadmin.com/billing Once logged in the system, click the "Get Support Link" At the top of the page and from there you can submit and view tickets as well. You will not see the current ticket you submitted, but you can enter a new one. That might be your best best if you are having trouble responding directly via the support system. ECF
I take that back. You are a client of Defcon if I remember correctly. You need to contact them for support issues. You are more than welcome to ask questions in the forums, but you cannot submit support ticket directly to us.
sfcmert
When I click the link it says I do not have enough permissions for that page. It asks for my email and PW, I have a username/PW, but not a PW connected to my email?

ECF
I see you were able to reply to the support ticket you entered originally. Not to split hairs, but you relly need to contact your provider for support. I took abrief look at your system. I restarted you monitor program on your machine, this should stop the meails that you say you are receiving about public/private being changed. The rcon and steam update problems are due to a firewall issue, plain and simple. Or some other program is blocking the connection form being made. The page is simply timing out, which means the connection cannot be made. I know it is not a software issue because Defcon has other clients running the same setup that I speak to on a regular basis that can perform these functions just fine on their servers. So it needs to be something specific to your server. Again, I have my money on windows firewall or some form of antivirus or other form of access limiting software. sfcmert
They keep on telling it is an issue with Steam...
ECF
What I saw when I click the STEAM update icon in your panel was the page timing out, I never saw the STEAM update even begin. This tells me it is a firewall or something else blocking that from running.
Defcon|Rich
Try it now Gary. As Kevin told you it was a firewall enabled..
ECF
I just checked it since I still had the login info from the ticket. It indeed was the firewall that was blocking it.
