kalyse
I bought 2 more remote licences about 3 hours ago. How long does it take to update? Im hitting update but its not updating.
ECF
5 minutes max. You must have some open invoices so they wont autoprovision.
kalyse
Ugh.. Can you remove them. I spoke with someone about these the other day. Look at my open tickets. I will respond to one of them now also. Email info [at.] invision-gaming.co.uk I had one invoice with 3 servers on and I didnt want to renew three only two. Its a flawed system in my opinion, how am I suposed to lower my remote quota down by one if all my servers are invoiced together under the same invoice. kalyse
Also, so what would of happend to the orders? Do you look into them or nothing happens because there are outstanding invoices?
ECF
Ummm.... I did respond to your ticket. The flaw was you never responded to my question I sent back in the response to your ticket. All you need to do is request that we remove one, adn we would have done so. But you never responded, so I could not remove any.
kalyse
Ummm.... I did respond to your ticket. Please re-read. I didnt even say that you didnt respond and that looks as if you are attempting to just make me look foolish. The flaw was you never responded to my question I sent back in the response to your ticket. Actually a response was sent. I think you will find that the 'flaw' in this instance is Kayako support not reading the email? Email sent: Date: Fri, 16 Feb 2007 17:42:39 +0000 [02/16/2007 05:42:39 PM GMT] This was the response: That would be great. Thanks. Do I need to pay for any more invoices? I am not sure where I stand with my account at the moment. I dont know what I need to pay or if its good. If would be much easier if they were all consolidated into one payment each month. Is this possible? Thanks. This was sent from Horde mail. I think the problem with it is that Kayako has a possible problem with the headers made with Horde? Something has to be wrong. kalyse
O, if your unsure on the validity of me actually sending the email I will happily resend multiple emails if you need to monitor the Support or Billing inbox. I know there is a delay befre Kayako parses it so you will be able to see that it comes into you but then disapears.
ECF
We do not use email parsing in our Kayako system. However your ticket has been responded to and your issue has been resolved.
