studeggle
Place the files into a folder, one folder per game. Go into your control panel and select "system setting", then "servers" Click on the servers name that you are working with. In the "Game Files path:" box enter the location of game files. (Most often C:/GameFiles/ but it depends on where you located the folder) Then select save. Next setup you game configuration under "supported games" back at "system settings"
Chris71288
Hey thanks a lot
ECF
The game configurations for those games are already in the default install. As mentioned above the file storage path by default is C:\GameInstalls The subfolders for the games you mentioned are as follows: /CS = Counterstrike 1.6 /CSS = Counetrike Source /DOD = Day Of Defeat /DODS = Day of Defeat Source Simply place the game server files in the appropriate directories and you should be good to go. Click the "Create a Game and Voice Server" icon from the main menu, fill in the info and create.
Chris71288
I am so sorry but I am having so much trouble setting this up to work, as of now I just decided to stop using TCAdmin and use hlds.exe lol my friends and I just wanted something to organize our game servers like Cortex and we saw TCAdmin had much reputation and I can see why it is an awesome tool but for novice kids like us we have no idea what we're doing even if we're told what to do. Someone please get in touche with use we just need to know how to set up hl1 and hl2 games and link them to ftp and also so I can give control panel access to some friends but restrict them from administrative access msg me at: AIM - UseYoNoggin MSN - Chris71288@hotmail.com We would gladly pay if that is necessary to anyone willing to help us = )

Chris71288
Just in case I have a dedicated server not a game server - Window 2003 Server - 10 Mbit Unmetered - 2x160 GB Serial ATA - Quad AMD Opteron 265 1.8GHz Processor I was kind of hoping someone would be able to teach me how to do it, taking in consideration that paying a monthly fee to have someone do it for me would render the poing of having my own dedicated server obsolete rather then just renting one from you I am familiar with the GUI Console and Cortex I just bought TCAdmin 2 days ago but I haven't been able to figure it out, to me it's so complicated. So could you msg me at AIM or MSN?
